Default Need some input

I was in a car accident with my 2005 z on 1-1-2006. The insurance company would not total my car. It has over $19000 worth of damage to the front end. The body shop just completed the work on it and they told me I was good to go. So I test drove the car. Here is my question, at 10mph my rpm's is at 3000 if I go 40 to 50mph, my car is redline showing -SLIP-. I went back to the bodyshop and told them something was wrong. I want my car to be carried to the dealership to be checked out. Do any of you know what kind of problems might cause this? It is a automatic. I would appreciate any knowledge on this. I am not going to take the car until it is right!

who's your insurance company. if I were you I "would have" made my insurance co total out the car, even if I had to get my lawyer involved. your car will probably never drive the same, it will resale for ****, and it may alway weigh on your mind that your car was sent to hell and back and your still driving it. at this point, I'd make damn sure everything is working properly before letting the insurance company close the claim and right after that sell the thing. sorry, but I can't help with diagnosing the problem your having. the dealer/repair shop should be able to figure it out if there is a code popping up.

My insurance company is GRANGE, but the at fault driver is NATIONWIDE. I am not moving that car until it is fixed. At this time the car is still sitting without being delivered to my dealer. I must pay for it when it goes to the dealer. I will be reimbersed for the work the dealer does, once they prove it was wreck related. Oh, they called and offered me 2200 diminished value, I told them I didn't think so. My car had 6800 miles on it, touring auto.
