Default Motor Buring Oil

Ive had my car for about two years now and I started to go through oil pretty fast in the past 4 months. Its not burning out the exaust and there is no leak anywhere???The dip stick is done dry in 3,000 miles and the oil light poped on when I came to stop last week just under 3k miles. I put oil in it now but the question I have is that when I bring it to the dealer and ask for a oil comp test are they gonna give me a hard time for having headers, spacer and intake and blame it on those mods then screw me over? Because I can take the spacer and intake off but the headers.. eh kinda wouldnt want to mess with that hell again. Im at 32,000 mile so I need to bring it to the stealership fast befor I go over the warrenty limit mileage. Any one go through this process??
