roast, do you mean after rev matching and then simply be in a gear at high rpm without throttle (engine braking)?
Or do you mean without rev matching letting the clutch out and the RPM need to jump up for the lower gear?

I have had my half shafts replace and now my main axel replaced. The half shafts due to looseness and the axel due to the end links being notchy and stiff.

Capeland did you have your driveshaft dropped out and checked as I suggested. If the universal joint is stiff this will cause a lot of vibration through out the car full stop.

Yes and both joints were stiff and notchy. the car is smoother then before with the new shaft in place but the vibration while decelerating is still there, just not as much.
