Ain't that the truth. I really like the Nissan cars (I have a Z and a Frontier), but their service departments are just atrocious, and the warranty departments are a nightmare. The next time I buy, I am going to chose another manufacturer.

This drives me crazy also. I have to keep a towel in the car to clean them when I put the windows down.
