Default Oil Pickup location

I accidentally dented the oil pan slightly (roughly 1/4") because the jack hit the bottom of the oil pan when I was changing the oil.
I plan on getting a replacement pan, but how far is the oil pickup from the bottom of the pan? I don't want my oil to be cut off!

Don't bother changing the oil pan just for that. It's nothing. I checked the service manual and the oil strainer is not going to be affected.
