I have done some searching on this forum about the brakes. I have a 04 w/brembo's...I went in for my 30k service and they say I need new brakes. These are the orginal pads and they are asking $750 for new pads and resurfacing the roatars. This seems like they are sticking it in my butt and breaking it off.

I mean I know the Brembos are more expensive I have checked prices with perfnissan.com but I can't understand $750.

Also you guys should know I am not experiencing any shaking nor squeeling of any kind. I am very wary about dealers ripping me off. What do you guys think?

 

high performance brake pads should cost 250 for all four pads like project mu etc, and turning your rotors should be 15-30 bucks a peice. your getting ripped off. take the time to do it yourself and just take the rotors off and bring it to a local mechanic to turn them. its very easy replacing your pads etc no sweat!

 

i am at 14k miles and they told me I need new pads and then they need to resurface my rotors... thay want almost $300 for that.

I guess I will be getting the stop tech stage 2 kit for my baby.
