Default Bleeding Brakes

Hi,
My brakes felt mushy after my last HPDE event. Does it matter if I bleed my brakes immediately after the event? Or can I just do it any time after I feel my brakes brakes mushy? Do the brakes have to be hot or worked hard just prior to bleeding?

I'm asking because I was unable to bleed my brakes after the event and want to do so now.

Any input appreciated.

Thanks!

Bleed whenever. You would want the brakes cold as not to burn your hands.

I love it. Your logic is so pure and clear!

Thanks for the response.

What about the dual callipers per brembo? Do you have to bleed each one or just the external one? Do I have to remove the wheel or can I bleed with the wheel attached?

Also, where can I place a jack to lift the car (not the Z jack)? Can I lift it via the suspension joint?

Thanks.
