Default Alignment Question (not feathering related)

I'm due for new tires ASAP, and by default an alignment. I was looking through the service manual and it states that our suspension is not adjustable for an alignment. This may be a really stupid question, but how are tire/suspension shops adjusting alignments if Nissan claims it to not be possible? I'm the type of person that likes to do as much on my own as I can (I will be mounting my own tires) and am wondering if it is at all possible to adjust the alignment to within specs on my own with only the stock components and proper tools. I know there are camber/toe kits out there that would make this an easy undertaking, but I'm not lowered and it wouldn't be cost effective on a stock suspension.

BTW I am having the feathering/tread block problem on my 2004.5, but that's not the point of this thread.

No help at all huh? Guess I should have asked what the best exhaust is for the 3,000th time to get some answers...cool enough.
I take it nooooooo one is doing their own alignments on the Z? Guess I'll be shopping for a lifetime alignment deal soon. Thanks anyway.

front camber is not adjustable, unless you buy a kit.
