started the other day.usually just the first time shifted into 3rd when leaving my neighborhood.now tonite it grinds every time going into 3rd....and only 3rd.(yes im depressing the clutch all the way between shifts)...any input?gonna check tranny fluid in daylight tmtrw.dont think it could be air in the master/slave cylinder lines...synchro maybe?i dunno.buuut im irritated!!
if its the syncho or the fork...might as well get a new clutch and fly wheel while im in there!

 

just got mine replaced under warranty today for the same exact problem. 03 touring m/t with 25k miles. ive had it for about 3 weeks. replaced under warranty, see if you can get yours replaced also.

 

ill see what i can do.its out of warranty time wise but half the mileage.they just fixed my window motor when it went up a few wks ago.

 

I actually just got back from the dealership about 30 min ago for the same problem they told me I just had to make an appt to leave my Z and let them replace it. I have 48k on mine and its still under warranty until 60k. Mine grinds into 3rd and into5th.
