Run in tips please
I am finally laying my dirty paws on my long awaited 350Z at the end of the week. I am getting a Track version. Can someone advise me on the breaking in of the car?
Been told not to drive at constant speed. What's that suppose to mean? No cruising? Will it be bad to go above 4000 rpm?
Any running in tips or for the matter any tips about the car will be much appreciated.
Cheers

By the book, Nissan recommends not exceeding 4000 rpm for the first 1200 miles (2000 km?) and not driving at a constant speed (actually RPM). You could shift up or down occasionally, if you were going on a trip, to avoid that.
Of course, the fun STARTS at 4000, so temptation will be great!!!!
ENJOY!!!!
