Default loss of power in the rain

i have a 06z with aem cai, ur pulleys, and a b&m short shifter. one day when it was raining real bad my z would started boggin down in every gear when i got on it around 4000 rpms. this also happened after i took it to the carwash.this happens w/ traction control on or off. when it doesnt rain, the car runs smooth. its at the service department right now and they told me they cant find anything wrong. no codes, nothing... please help

is your air intake lower to the ground than stock?

yeah, but the intake rides next to my bumper with the skid plates underneath. and i havent rode over any puddles...

still my only idea....next time it hapens, quickly check the intake for moisture inside perhaps? if you get too much water in, it won't compress, can kill the car.

Sounds like Sean is onto something. If you still have your stock intake put it back on, take it to the car wash, blah blah blah. If the prob goes away check your intake bypass valve on the aftermarket.
