Default SLIP,VDC AND EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGhTS COMING ON

When the temperature drops below 30 degrees the SLIP, VDC and EMERGENCY BRAKE dash ligths all come at once and stay on. Eventually they go out only to return when the temp drops or during hard breaking or durng hard shifting. What's up????? 37,000 miles.

The most common causes are 1) low brake fluid or 2) worn brake pads. The first is easy to check, the second a little tougher.
