Balance wouldn't hurt - rotation is impossible. Assuming you have the stock wheel, the tires are staggered, i.e. fronts and rears are different sizes. They are also directional (must rotate a certain direction). You can't rotate them in the normal fashion.
IF you are having unusual wear on the fronts or rears, the tires can be dismounted and swapped from one side of the car to the other.

I don't believe the first real maintenance is required until the 15,000 mile mark. Even then it's just inspection type stuff, maybe replace the air filter. Other than regular oil changes, there is a whole lot to do on the car for a while. Your car should have come with a service or maintenance manual that describes all the items performed at each mileage interval.

Agree. Swapping the front tires is a choice. Estimate the life of the tires. Divide by 2. When you reach that mileage, swap the front tires. This will help with any potential feathering problem.

Rotation - Not on our cars unless you have same size aftermarket wheels. Most places say rotate every 6k-7k miles. I would do 3-4 given the softness of our performance tire.
Balancing - If the tires are not shaking or vibrating then don't mess with the balancing. You can get it checked out every time for free at most places to see if they still spin 0.0. Also visual inspections are good too for uneven wear.
Alignment - Pay attention to pulling or tire wear. If non is occurring then have it checked out every other tire maintenance.
You also want to check your tire pressure manually by yourself on a periodic bases and/or when the temperature changes. A large % of tire issues starts from improper inflation. I would not trust our TPMS to be too accurate.
Edit: If your car shakes it's not the alignment unless you have a bent or damaged suspension part. Also, does it shake at a particular speeds or just when you brake? If it shakes just when you brake then you may have warped rotors or uneven wear on your brakes.
