does this sound right?
in january i took my car in for the rear axle tsb. the ticking stopped and everything was great. recently it returned.
i took the car in this morning to get it fixed again. the service guy called me and said that the ticking sound is caused by a bent cross member rubbing on the gas tank. he said it would be around $300 to replace. is this possible or is he trying to rip me off?
