I feel the same about rattles, it would drive me nuts. Never, ever, EVER let the dealership touch your car unless you absolutely have no other choice.

2003 one of the early units. Over 60K miles, no rattles.
The only thing that has been a problem was the Bridgestone tires (three sets free from the dealer). The third set had the redesigned tread, still the same name, but the sipes were sized and cut differently (compared at the dealership), and these tires have gone about 40K so far and wearing very little. Maybe they recompounded, too? The first set failed at 7K, the second at 18K. I have changed to G-Force on the back, and when the Bridgestones wear out, I will change them to G-Force also. I also change plugs about every 20K, and use one step colder than stock. K&N filter, ceramic pads (no front dirt problem), and a few other goodies.
