It is easy to shift into all gears when the car is turned off but it is hard to shift especially into first and reverse gear when the car is running.
What could be wrong? The clutch line has been bled.

Year and mileage would be helpful.

idling at a stop. e.g at stop sign, traffic light.
I got stuck in the middle of a street a couple of times cause I couldn't get in reverse.
It shifts fine right after I start the car but if i drive the car and then stop, I won't be able to get it into gear easily again.

I frequently cannot get my car into reverse first thing after turning it on when it is colder than 70 degrees outside. One solution that I found is that I shift into 1st and then back to reverse... guess it lines something up just right, because it works every time!
I would change your fluids in the transmission and differential to synthetic.
Also, it's pretty common for it to be difficult to shift into 1st and R when the transmission is cold. Keep in mind the transmission warms up much slower than the engine because it only heats up due to friction.
60-70 degrees F is actually quite cold for a transmission whose operating temperature is actually MUCH HIGHER than that when the car has warmed up. (probably at least 170-180 F)
