Default changing AC hard line?

so I rubbed through one of my ac lines and I want to change it, everyone told me that I need a special tool to unplugg it from the radiator...or that they are just disposable clips that I can buy at any parts store...anyone have experience?

U need the tool to disconnect the coupling that goes ( among other places) to the CONDENSER. They come in different sizes and are sold as a set
