Unhappy Question about power loss

Hi All,

After replacing my MAF, my problem still exists. Whenever I'm WOT and press on the gas to accelerate, I feel like I'm driving my old 4 cylinder truck going uphill. I could mass the gas all the way in and the acceleration doesn't multiply. I don't have any CELs or any signs that there's something wrong. I also have a weak exhaust note. I cranked up the car and I didn't see any signs of broken welds or melted wires. This problem started last week when I was driving. It felt like something snapped or got torn in the engine and then after I was left with very poor performance. I don't know what to do. The Nissan Dealership couldn't find anything wrong. Please, any advice would help me a lot. This is frustrating me like hell.

FYI, I also had a radar detector hardwired that same day. They ran a wire along the visor, down the apillar, to the fuse box. Any chance that there's something being shorted or that there's wiring down there that could cause these problems?
