I called to get my alignment done and the service guy said i should probably get the 45,000 service because it comes with an alignment, injector flush, 27 point inspection,yada yada. Now i know a lot of the inpection chit is bull but what about the injector flush? They said to do it alone it cost 100 bucks. Just wondering.

I want to know this too...

I don't think it's necessary though...I use injector cleaner every 5K miles anyways....I drive a Maxima with the VQ35DE so I am assuming it's the same thing...I could be wrong...I'm at 61K and only done coolant, tranny, engine oil, air filter, cabin filter, brakes...other than that nothing special and it runs strong

injector cleaner?

I have never had any fuel injector service done on any of the cars that I have owned. Just run a bottle of fuel injector clearner (e.g. Techron ) every 5K miles and you should be fine.
