Default For Those That Got New Clevis Pins...

i was wondering if you guys got a new clutch and fly wheel as well.... i ask this b/c i got my car fixed for the grinding... they gave me a new clevis pin, clutch and fly wheel.... but now my clutch feels really soft... i can push it in without effort... and now my release point is ridicously low... i just let up on the clutch a tad and my car jumps into gear now.... Default Mine did it when new

My 350Z(vin# 258) did the same thing when new, and dealer said it would wear-in. At about 2500 miles it did and now it engages about 1" off the floor.

Still shifts tight, speed-shifting is out of the question.

Default Low release point

With such a low release point on your clutch pedal, that can make it difficult clutch to release "completly".

This can cause difficult shifting and is hard on syncros. Air in the clutch system can cause a "low pedal" condition.

Might ask your dealer to "bleed" the system.

Hope this helps
