Default High Start-Up RPM's

Sometimes when I turn on my Z, the rpm shoots up to 1500, and its never gone that high before. It kinda scared me at first, but now Im just worried. It usually starts up at 1250 or 1300. Also while idling at a red light the Z sometimes shakes as the rpm needle stays steady for a little bit....then dips down a few hundred rpm...then goes back up to normal, with or without AC.

Should I take it in to the dealer? Or are there any easy solutions?

Thanks

Rev
