I have an 03' Touring that was built according to the tag in November of 02'.


Does this mean my 5yr/60K mile powertrain warranty expires on November of 07' or would it be January 1st 08' since it's a 03' car? Or is it based on date of first title.


I still have this transmission grind and I gotta figure out a way to get it to grind with a tech in the car. My horrible luck I have tried twice with a tech and it didn't grind, I am hoping when the weather cools down it would happen again so I can get the new tranny under the time/mileage limit.

 

The time limit on warranty starts on the day you take delivery of the car, i.e. the date on the sales paperwork. If you bought the car used, then it's based on the date the original owner took delivery.
