Hey guys my voltage gauge has been acting up a bit today was the first time I noticed it. The BRAKE & BATTERY light both came on and the voltage got pretty low at least under 12 volts. I did notice that I burnt through the small wire pack that goes to my front fan on the passenger side. It was rubbing on the pulley on the front of the motor. I repaired it the best I could and wrapped all the wires that may have been damaged and then I soldered up the other ones.

Now I still seem to have a low voltage problem on the gauge. When I check at the battery I am only getting around 13.3 to 13.8 volts across the battery terminals with the car running. I did charge up the battery so it is fully charged. Is this normal or is the alternator or battery maybe bad??
