Default SOMEONE PLZ HELP.....I am at the IPDM fusebox, HOW DO I OPEN IT?

There's 4 small clips but even when I try to take a screwdriver to them to pop them off they wont come up. It seems the bundle of wires is attached to each side too.....I'm confused can anyone help me? I'm trying to see if my taillight fuse is blown..... Thanks

I was trying to open the wrong thing, sorry guys, I figured it out. I still have a problem though, My taillights/license plate light do not work. I checked the fuse and it was popped, so I put another in and it also popped...I even tried a 15A fuse and that popped. I just got the car back from the body shop Wednesday because I rear ended someone (very slightly because they had to replace only the bumper and 1 headlight) and the guy told me that the wiring was kind of "weird" behind the bumper. As in I used to have ARES LED sidemarkers and the Z4 ones, but they stopped working most of the time a year ago. I think the guys at the body shop have one of the wires shorting out behind the bumper. Would this lead to the taillight fuse consistantly blowing? Any Ideas? Also, the small parking lights in the headlight assembly do not work either.....

My tail light fuse pops every once in a while. I have yet to find the cause of this. Using a higher amp fuse is dangerous to do though.

I hate electrical problems but unfortunatly I haven't found a solution yet.

I used to have Z4 lights and the sidemarkers spliced into the parking light wire, could something be shorting here or grounding out that would cause the taillights to not work and the taillight fuse to keep breaking? I think that could be the problem....

Test to see if it is hot. If your fuse pops once you put it in there then you have a wiring problem.
