shaking when trying to get out of first gear
My car shakes as if i'm not giving enough gas when getting off first gear. It never did that before and now it feels like the clutch is not catching. Is that symptoms of clutch going bad? Please help.

There's a particular combination of clutch engagement and throttle that makes the car shudder almost like the wheels are hopping. I've had it happen and it can be a pretty hard shudder.
I'd suggest trying to give it a little less gas when going into first- I think it happens to me mainly when I bring it up to about 1500 rpm and try to keep it there while engaging the clutch.
When I start the car rolling in 1st at 1100-1200 it doesn't shudder. I don't go above that rpm until the clutch is fully engaged.
btw- this is all for slow city driving- of course you would launch at a higher rpm if you were trying to get speed off the line.
