Not fixing axle click... dangerous?

I'm glad you are discussing it here, coz I have the same problem and I'm getting the clicking on hard turns too Why is that happening and what's the solution?

I have an '04 with about 80k miles, and mine just started with the noise at about 74k....I may take a look this weekend and see what I can do anything with it.

its not a problem, i have talked to tim when i went in to fix the axle click because i was worried as all of you are. he said its just a prefference (sp?) of fixing it or not if the noise is going to kill you.

I got mine fixed last summer through a dealership when I was getting a window motor replaced, the warranty covered it.
I pulled up the invoice and for the axle clicking it says 12 bolts, 12 Nuts, 12 Washers - Springs, and 2 Pins - Cotters.
I can write down the part #'s if you guys want to do it at home or whatever.
