I don't know where i saw it but I came across a detailed list of what dealerships do for your 30k Service. Does anyone have a link to this?

I found the one on 350z T*ch but its not nearly as detailed as the one i had found previously.

Uhh im pretty sure Nissan wouldnt post the checklist for there 30k maintenance.

But either way i did look. Its the actual checklist they use at the dealerships.

It's not in the owners manual. In addition to the owners manual, you are supposed to get a Warranty manual and a Service and Maintenance book.

And i believe it was the warranty manual i looked at. I just never got one for some reason.

 

My z is up for the 30k as well. I called for pricing. Its gona be at least $600. I'm thinking about doing everything I can (Oil/air filter, differential, manual transmission fluid, wiper blades, engine coolant flush, diferential fluid replacement) And take it in for the 30k service when i hit the lottery or receive an inheritance from a long lost rich relative.

 

I requested to be able to watch for the 30k service. They said no. I can understand why as I hate being watched when i work. But when 75% of what your paying for is "inspecting" I just don't believe they even check things over.

These services are for one thing. To maintain warranty. So your basically paying $500 every 15-30,000 for warranty renewal.

its a little like the free 21 point inspection with every oil change at mr lube. If you look at the list I've never seen ONE guy check any of the things on it.
