start testing your 5 cylinder. pull the oil out. stick a spark plug in it nad see if it sparks. if it does put a known good spark plug in the cylinder. if problem does not go away try to get to the injector and ohm it out. if all fails it is probably the injector stuck open.
All the parts departments are closed at the dealers and the autoparts stores have to order them so I ordered one from courtesyparts.com. Thier price was 14.98 compared to $59 at advanced auto parts. So I had no choice but to install it with the old one.

The car is still under warrenty so instead of checking all that my self I think I'll take it to another dealer with the spacer off and see what they say.

if it was related to the spacer it was probably the gasket and if you reused it it obviously would not have fixed anything.

so yeah now that its stock take it to the dealer. put stock intake back on if you can . but make sure youre still under warranty bumper to bumper is only thing that would cover it.
