Default low whine when turning right for the first time after starting

I recently posted after hitting a hard bump and noticing my car pulls a little to the right afterwards. It's not significant at all, but now I notice that when i turn my car to the right for the first time after begin to drive, it make a low whine and it seems like its coming from the right side. I know that I need an alignment but any ideas on what this sound would be. I'm assuming its related to misalignment or an indication of damage to the front

Could be damage, but I would first check your power steering fluid level before jumping to any conclusions..

Yup, it sounds like ps pump noise. Located on right side of the engine.
