Default Unknown Rubbing noise. HELP!

wow there is an unknown rubbing noise from my car. I have skunk2 springs on it, 20inch Axis wheels, injen cold air intake, invidia n1 exhaust. i rolled the fenders so that took away the fender rubbing noise. but there is something rubbing and i cant tell what it is. i took it to some "mechanic" and he said its ur tires. i rotated my tires and the noise is still there. the noise sounds like when u take a turn real hard and ur fenders rub, it sounds a little like that. any suggestions? i think somethings loose but cant put my finger on it. HELP PLEASE!...

Your front tires are rubbing against the plastic lining in the wheel well. Check your plastics and see.
