Default Startup noise, check engine light

Has anyone had this? When I started her up a day ago she rattled real hard, then smoothed out after about a minute. A constant ticking, like valves, remained, and got better as she warmed up. Today when I moved her, same thing on startup, only not as bad, but the check engine light is on now. Will be takeing her in to the dealer. What do you think i'm dealing with? Valves? Timeing chain? Other? She has 74K on her and I do have the 100K drivetrain warrenty. Oils fine and she's been maintained perfectly.

Nobody with this? I guess thats a good thing. Anyway, it's with the dealer now overnight. The check engine light went out, but they say they can read a record of why it came on when they plug into it. Will know more tomarrow.

All anyone can do is guess untill you get the code(s) that caused the CEL. The CEL can come on for hundreds of reasons.
