mine also does this but its mostly the driver side window that goes down. I can kill the car and pull the key out of the ignition and the windows still operate up and down when it is screwing up. When they work right the windows do not allow me to go up or down after the key is out of the ignition. Im guessing my problem isnt the key fob...

No, from everything I've been able to figure out that points to the BCM. There are 2 different issues in this thread, one the key fob causing issues, the other seems to be the ignition switch role in the BCM unit.

I haven't had a repeat since I pulled the battery out of one of my 2 key fobs, the one with corrosion. Hoping that's the issue.
