I live in Florida where it's getting in the 90's down here. I run the car with the A/C on all the time. I'm noticing that the cooling fans are coming on when I drive home from work after about 20 minutes of stop-and-go driving. Is this normal?

 

Perfectly normal. I would be worried if they didn't kick in.
