Hey guys Im kinda in a stump as to whats wrong here. my driver side map light is out. i swapped the bulb and the bulb is fine (when moved to the passenger side). i checked the fuse in the footwell (10a) and its not blown (otherwise the passenger map light wont work). i already disconnected the battery and still nothing.

is there another way to check this? anyone run into a similar problem? i was in the process of swapping out the bulb. after i seated the new bulb (PIAA), it didnt fire.

What you can also do is disconnect your battery for a few minutes then reconnect it. It resets the ECU. I had the same problem with both map lights out and the lights over the vanity mirror. Replaced the bulbs and nothing happened. Did the batter thing and sure enough it worked.
