For anyone who is having this problem. Check your fuel damper first. It's an easy check. Just grab the line running off of it and if it's in time with the tick it's your culprit. Figured it out today. So happy I could scream. Part is only $80 http://www.courtesyparts.com/22675m-...-p-614575.html

did you replace the driver side or the passenger side ?
