Dealer says I need a new Intelligent Power Distribution Module

My car doesn't always crank. Sometimes I have to try a couple of times before it will. They say they've narrowed it down to this being the problem and want around $700 to fix.
I found the part on courtesyparts for $470. Anybody had to replace one of these before?
