Another odd problem has manifested in my car... the parking brake light will come on while I'm driving, and then the VDC Off and SLIP light will come on and stay on. Even after I turn off the car, and turn it back on, the warning lights still remain lit. This is a really wierd problem, and the only thing I can think of is the parking brake sensor malfunctioning, and it's turning off the VDC and ABS. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Check your brake fluid level. May just be a little low,

 

Fluid level is fine... the brakes are mechanically sound, it's just the parking brake light / sensor that seems to be fouling up...

 

Did you ever figure out what was going on with those lights. My Z just started doing the same thing this week.

have you gotten any water around that area by any chance? My car lowered its windows, it rained and my brake light came on til it all dried out
