Default Annoying noise

I have a Silver Touring Model with the Track 18's mounted.

I'm at 7000 Miles.

While driving down the road I start hearing a noise that gets on my last nerve...kind of a warbling sound. Definitely sounds like it's related to the tires or the rotors for sure. Starts getting loud around 17MPH and gets faster and louder as you approach 45. If I jump on the highway I can't really hear anything. While driving 45 I can feel a slight vibration in the steering wheel that seems to coincide with the noise I am hearing. The noise is not affected by engine RPM.

Is this what is happening to everyone experiencing the tire issues?

If you can feel it in the steering wheel, I would think it's a wheel balance issue. maybe you lost a weight?

The vibration is definitely not a symptom of the tire cupping problem. Mine roars like a SOB, but I can run at aver 100mph with no vibration what ever. I think it is probably a thrown balance weight. Check and make sure you don't have a "bubble" or weak spot on you tire. If it is the balance, it will cause all kinds of problems if you don't get it corrected.
