Default 1000 dollar lower radiator repair

One of my bosses at work has a 2005 Roadster that took some kind of a highway hit in the condensor / lower radiator area. Bird, stone etc...something. Did not realize it till the AC stopped working and had the dealer check it out. 1000 bucks to repair, gotta take the front end of the car off they said.

Sup man, just got my condensor fixed not so long ago (a month ago)....I saw a condensor for sale either in here or on craigslist for $50.00. The expensive part is the condensor $300.00 i think...rest is labor. $1000.00 sheesh....I didn't have to take my front bumper off....and front bumper isn't hard to remove at all....me and Marco_Mendoza took his off quick to open up his headlight....I am not understanding this $1000.00 thing

It's my bosses car, my Z is alright. The price is related to who is working on it I'm sure....the dealer, 93 dollars an hour just to look.

Ouch man....you're boss is prolly a baller so might not be a big deal to him. I'm just saying if you can find that part maybe $200...then 3 hour job at $100 an hour....so prolly $500.00 estimate if you did it my way, blow the other $500.00 at a strip club and call it a day hehe

I can buy after market Rad for 125.00 that is Identical ...Nissans is 500.00. A cond is just under 400.00 and the dryer is 80.00, Both have to be Dealer.

Thats a 1000.00 right there. Add to it system Vac and charge and Labor, which would be 5 hours at least (Dealer) plus antifreeze. Thats not bad
