Default Weird Balancing Problem

So I know this is a long shot, but I have been having this really weird "balancing problem" lately. I will try to explain, but going to take to my mechanic in a couple of days...any thoughts is much appreciated...oh, car has 88k miles and hasn't had really any problems

Here is what happens:
(1) Start Accelerating (doesn't matter the speed). acceleration needs to be kind of hard, but no floored
(2) Car starts to pull right a little. Weird thing is that it feels like it is being pulled right from the rear wheels, not the front.
(3) Car's weight seems to shift towards the rear more than usual, while the front doesn't seem like it is holding the ground (still pulling right a little).
(4) Let off the gas, the car then pulls itself back left really hard. Again, feels like the rear wheels are pulling the car left, and not the front. What makes it even more disturbing is that when you let off the gas, the feels like it might flip (obviously won't, but feels very unstable).

The only thing that I can compare it to was years ago when I drove a 97 Mustang Cobra, and felt like the car was going to flip cause the suspension sucked so bad.

I checked all the wheels, they all are on tight, and the car just got an alignment (front and rear) about 4 months ago.

Any constructive thoughts would be much appreciated...I'll keep you updated on when I get it to my mechanic to see what he says..

I had my tires at the highest air level and they started to self destruct from the inside (as explained to me by the tire shop guy), it made my driving a nightmare, pulling to the right like crazy, I could not get it to drive straight for the life of me; replaced tires, problems with steering were gone.

I don't think this will help much, but lift the car and try to wiggle the wheel. If there is movement, could be an aftermarket wheel need hub rings or wheel bearing, probably the latter given you should have a lot of vibration if it needed the hub rings.

Also take a look at the springs and shocks?

hmm...both good calls...interesting thing is that the tires on the front and rear are both new, but I tried inflating them more than usual. I'll try to deflate them a little and see if that helps...if not, I get it up in the air this weekend and see about the wiggling.

Thanks guys!

a. Worn tires
b. Crummy tires
c. Worn suspension
d. Alignment is not suitable.

I suspect a defective rear tire, especially if you did not have this before the new tires.

no, they were actually racing dunlops, I was surprised bec. they were supposed to be better than stock, and still self destructed; I guess the South Texas heat may have had something to do with it, too.

oh...note to everyone reading this...I did in fact wait a little long, and I screwed the hub as well. ended up costing a few hundred bucks, when it should have cost about 100.

There I thought it was all in my mind, but apparently not.
