Question Need your HELP!! Cracking Sound when Steering to the LEFT

Hey guys, my Roadster makes this really annoying sound every time I steer to the left when reversing or driving forward, and I couldn't figure out what it was. The shocks are all new, and the springs are all in good condition so I lifted my car yesterday and found something that might be causing it.....I dont know what this part is called but my mechanic said its a "stabalizer" not sure if that what its called but here's a pic......do you think this is the reason of why it might make that sound. and what is this part called?

The first pic as you can see that round piece is cracked and the second pic it is completely fine.

It definitely looks like the rubber bushing is shot.

that is called the stabilizer bar and that bushing/rubber needs to be changed. its a very cheap part to buy from Nissan i can get you the part number if you need PM me for it. i think that is the problem as the stabilizer bar is rubbing the bracket.
