Default HELPPP ... worse then limp mode???

so i am in the process of get all my interior light converted to blue, so i dont have my main gauge clust, triple pod, AC controls and window controls. i drove to work one day with nothing in my car like i just stated above and no problems, (i have a full tank of gas too), the next day i drive my car to work which is about a 5 min drive i stop off to get a bagel and my car almost doesnt turn over but finally starts then it wont accelerate past 5mph .... so i leave it at work and when im driving home it does the same things ... almost doesnt start then it only drive at maybe 5mph then all of a sudden it just turned off and now it wont even turn over to start

anyone have any ideas???

i cant even see if i have a check engine bc i have no main gauge cluster

ya your computer is probibly going nuts wondering why none of the signals are sending, so it thinks something is wrong so its giving you the finger......buddy had a civic that he striped and did the same thing after talking to a mechanic he found out after a couple starts the computer will go nuts....so you got your one free start and now its going on you...... disconnect the battery lwt the computer clear and then try starting se if that does anything for you.

Yeah, I agree with the above. Your ECU is all kinds of confused. At a minimum I would get an error code checker and see what it's throwing...if you still have your OBDII port lol.

It's probably stored in the ecu, not the dash.
