Is the first scheduled Maintanence for the Z at 3700 miles? or is it earlier? I just hit 1300 miles and I was wondering if there was some 1500 mile or 1000 mile stuff that the dealer does? Thanks for the info!

most people (including myself) too our Z in for the 1st oil change at around 1500 miles. then follow be regular oil change interval

 

No , just keep your oil changes , though , in that 3,000 mile range after an early one ( immediately following the breakin , 1200 mi. ) .Then the next maintenance of any significance arrives at 30,000 miles . That's where they want to begin to fleece you . Read it over carefully in your owners manual to see what really needs to be done , if at all !

I changed my oil and filter at 2700 miles and again at 4800 because I was changing over to Mobile 1. I plan to change oil AND filter at 5000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. I'm retired and have another car to drive so I put on miles slowly.
