Default Weird whining noise when stopping

I took my car in for its 60K maintenance a week ago and ever since then I've started noticing a wierd whining noise coming from the front of the car (maybe on the driver side but its hard to tell). I just know its coming from the front. Its very high pitch and I can hear it whining down only when I'm coming to a stop. Once my car is done moving, it goes away. Could it be something they adjusted?... Bad wheel bearing maybe?

No Mods on my 03 Z except pop charger, plenum spacer and 06 18" 350Z wheels, but they have always been on the car since I purchased it. I'm thinking of getting a recharge kit to see if it was my pop charger, but I really dont think it is.
