Question Tranny Concerns!

HI, I want to introduce myself by saying that Im a proud owner of an 06' 350Z Base 6spd. I've ben on this forum searching and learning about the car and its mods. I only have 3 concerns about the car which are the following:

1) My Transmission makes a clunking sound when i release the clutch on first or second gear going from 1k-2k RPMS. It also makes that noise in reverse at low speeds as well. I've searched and some people say its normal and some people have taken their cars to the dealers to get checked out. My tranny shifts perfectly fine, no grinds; The only thing that bothers me is that clucking sound that happens when i release the clutch from first or second gear going at low speeds.

2) My second concern is that my clutch grabs really high, almost to the point when you have to fully release it thats when it grabs. It doesnt slip or anything it just grabs way too high and I dont think its normal.

3) My last concern is that my clutch when i press it makes a popping sound on the pedal.

As you se all this concerns are clutch and tranny related everything else on the car, I'm extremely satisfied with. My car drives fine is just that those noises bother me and I want to make sure its fine because even though, my bumper to bumper is expired bc i have 38k on the car my powertrain warranty is still active. Another questions is, if I take my car to the dealer, will this issues be covered under the powertrain warranty?

Sorry for all the questions is just that i've been searching, but i dont get concrete answers. Please help me out!

1) pretty normal i wouldent worry. Your most likely hearing the clutch release bearing hitting the pressure plate. 2) They z does release pretty high but you could always test it for slipping by putting it in 4 or 5 and trying to drive normal, if it stalls its just normal, if not you will need a clutch soon. 3) there is a spring on the pedal that could be popping its pretty common and easy to fix just rotate the spring until it stops poping ive done that many times with great success. my .02 im sure others will chime in with some better/more advice.
