Default Speedo Recalibration

Not sure if I'm posting this where it should be but here it goes. Just installed new tire/wheel setup (245/35/19 F, 275/30/19 R). How does one go about recalibrating the speedo to accommodate the new shoes? Any info is much appreciated.

Can you go to AAA? They recalibrate for free I think, as long as you are a member. Check your AAA magazine to see when they will do it around your area.

why recalibrate? you are still within decent enough specs, though a 30 profile tire is just asking to have your wheel damaged

Actually you bought the wrong rear tires, 275/35-19 is the proper size. No there is nothing you can do, BTW TCS/VCD/ABS all go off tire size.

So I went from a 19" wheel with a 35 series tire to a 18" wheel to a 30 series tire. My speedo is off like 7-10mph.
