Default Just opened my ticket with NNA

Talked with Elizabeth X3846, really nice lady, and I told her about my problems.

1. Road noise (tire feathering)
2. Rear axle clicking
3. Windows not dropping when opening door
4. Window grease streaks
5. Horrible BOSE stereo system

Left a message with Stevens Creek Nissan, hopefully everything goes well. Will update everyone on how it goes.

Good luck to you, have you spoken to the dealers yet?

I opened my ticket months ago, and nothing has been resolved regarding the tire issue. I'm tired of all this red tape that Nissan Consumer Affairs has been purporting... After many unreturned phone calls with my representative, I call to complain to somebody else. And it's a miracle, my representative is all of a sudden ready to take my call. Then I follow up with her later, and no cigar. My dealer is pissed off at NNA, and so am I. Hell, they won't return his calls half the time, and when I asked him this morning if he's having the same problem with other customers, the answer was "yes, Nissan warranty service is by far the worst out of any car company I've worked for."
