Default Strange creaking, metal sound

I noticed when I bought my 03 z six speed that it creeks whenever at a dead stop when applying the throttle. Now this only occurs when its pressed with enough pressure to create some torque. Not dropping the clutch or anything but not slipping really smoothly. Its in between and it creaks and it comes from underneath the car. I have rolled over speed bumps and this does not effect it. It seems to only happen when the chassis or suspension is "loaded". I guess thats the best term I can describe it with. Any Ideas? Also I will be taking a video clip of the sound and posting it at around 5 or Six.

The other problem. Well I was sort of not paying attention and barely nicked a curb on the passenger side. Well it left a bit of road rash on the wheel which sucked but I got over that. Since then it seems to pull a little bit to the right if the steering wheel is let go. Also sometimes that side has a weird sound when its placed in reversed and turned, and also sometimes when I press the brakes it creaks the harder I press it. Any ideas? Once again I will be posting a video clip that will be very in depth and will record the sounds and where and how they happen and under what circumstances.
