I notice that when I am pushing the car hard on back roads I get these quick power losses at around 5k rpms . It feels the same as when the TC comes on but there is no light. This only happens at high speeds and has been noticed by others in the car. I don't think it is oil on the road, etc. It is very quick and goes away immediately. Kinda like a hic-up!

Any idea what this could be?
