Default injector and spark plug install

Anyone mind pointing me in the right direction to install stock injectors and spark plugs on my car?

My understanding is i have to remove the upper and middle plenum like doing a plenum upgrade. After that i am a little unsure. Appreciate any help.

Check out this thread: https://my350z.com/forum/engine-driv...huge-pics.html

It has very detailed info you need for spark plugs.

and and once you remove the plenum, you'll see the fuel rails and the 4 bolts holding them down. its pretty self explanatory when you start looking at it.
